I was hoping to start a discussion about what members culture what foods and how it has worked out for them.
I've been on and off culturing Grindal Worms and I've been culturing Mircoworms and my fry love it. Culturing vinegar worms are the easiest and they live for a long time in plain aquarium water easily making it good fry food.
I know its pretty common to culture live food. Which do you culture and whom do you feed it too?
I have cultured grindal worms for a few years, they seem to be pretty easy once you get the hang of them but they do take some getting used to. They will also live in the water for several days and allow for fry to pick at. Especially bottom orientated fish.
I have tried off and on to culture daphnia but tend to get impatient with them and dump the whole culture into a tank or dump fish into the culture.
Photo is of a grindal worm culture.

It took me some searching to figure that out how to add a photo as well but it is that easy.
Just don't use the fast reply at the bottom of the forum. Hit the reply button just above the fast reply and the full reply options will come up. At the bottom of the full reply is the spot where you can hit a browse button and search your photos.
Also remember once you browse you must hit the upload button to put the picture in your post.
