Mike is a well respected member of a local club near my own and is quite good at both live foods and fish. He has indeed written a book on live foods and is always looking to improve on his methods. When I offered daphnia cultures at a local club auction his first question to me was how I was feeding them. I gave him a link to the site that I had used to develop my own feeding regime and I do not know what he did with that information. At that same club auction, he was signing copies of his book for people who were present and had bought it. He is quite a nice person when you can meet him face to face and not at all impressed with his own fish or food accomplishments.

Mike spoke at the GVAC club meeting earlier this year and opened my eyes to keeping live foods that I had not considered (both in different foods and how to keep foods that I had failed at keeping in the past). He did a lot of research on this book and it is well worth having in your collection if you are interested in keeping your fish in optimum health.

"He did a lot of research on this book and it is well worth having in your collection if you are interested in keeping your fish in optimum health." Quoted by Thriftyfisher

To keep my fish at optimum healthy and learning how to keep live foods for my fish is the reason I bought this book.
