2.All species of freshwater fish can be auctioned, but livebearers will get priority. Plants OK, limit 10 bags
3.Pre-registration auction sheets will be available upon arrival at the convention and can be filled out and turned in any time during the event. If you would like to register for action earlier please email information to
list@comebacktofishhobby.com.

5.Items registered by 10:00 pm on Saturday 4/28 will receive 70% of the selling price. Any fish registered after that will be auctioned with a 50/50 split. After 11:00 am Sunday, will be donations only.
6.GCAS will accept a maximum of six bags of the same type and species of fish per seller.
7.Fish must be properly bagged. No zip-lock bags. If rebagging by the staff is necessary a $2.00 service charge will be deducted. Bags must be properly marked with type of fish, quantity, etc
8.No sick fish, No deformed or permanently damaged fish. No fish prohibited by law will be auctioned.
9.Decision of the auctioneer is final. No reserve amounts. No used equipment. New equipment as donation only.
10.You must have a bidder card to be recognized by the auctioneer.
11.Earnings from the auction to sellers will be remitted by mail within 15 days from the auction.
12.The ALA or GCAS accepts no responsibility and affords no guarantee for auctioned fish to the buyer or the seller, but will do it’s best to scrutinize every item before it is auctioned. Items sold ‘as is’.
