Discussion on "good" food....

I was wondering what you guys would consider "good" food to feed your fish? I use either flake, freeze dried, pellets or blackworms..heres my "rundown"

I use Sera Flake, Freeze Dried and Pellets

I decided to go full blown sera cause they're food contains high levels of proteins and other vitamins along with 0 phosphorus which to my knowledge phosphorus isn't good for your tank nor fish right? even at 0.1 (i'm not 110% sure on that one but maybe I misread something)

I also don't feed frozen food's because I believe the bacteria doesn't die when its frozen if anything it is in a dormancy state until it "warms up" aka goes into your fish.

I use live blackworms and I know they can carry bacteria IF not taken care of what what I do is feed them as a "treat" and order just enough so I can use it up all in 1 day.

what do you guys feed your fish? and why? I'm not trying to be pushy but please give me some sort of knowledge or thought to why you feed what you feed..aka don't put down "oh I use tetramin cause my fish eat it up so fast it must be good" Give me some info please
