According to people who should know, there have never been any Chapalichthys in Mintzita.
I can't say anything about Chapalichthys peraticus. As far as I can determine, most people think that peraticus is the same fish as pardalis.
This is another illustration of why it is so important to pass along collection/location data with fish whenever it exists.
