I learned about brewers yeast and wheat germ from reading the containers of fish food.Also learned about it from some nutrition research I did and knew. When I was 16 I worked with the largest parakeet ranch in the southwest. The owner fed the birds anumber of things I remember, one of them being wheat germ.
I also read about a brewers yeast product on the market. The plant where it was processed had taken note that there had never been an employee have a sick day off in ten years and began to do research. Long story short it helped the immune system in humans so I applied these as a couple pieces of information to the fish. My mollies certainly didnt complain. Because it is bigger I feed the wheat germ the first feeding of the day. Just some general fish nutrition I have added. This will be part of an article I will be writing on nutrition in the future. It helped being certifine for humas as a nutritionist and knowing the animal kingdom has some similarities
