I feed all kinds of commercial foods as a staple. I have been including food from Floridaguppiesplus and from Kens. Most of my livebearers are given flake that is high in vegetable content. I add in some feedings of various nematodes, called micro-worms in the hobby. I also use the frozen foods such as frozen daphnia and frozen blood worms. In the summer, like right now, I can be found prowling the neighborhood looking for mosquito larvae. It is a great food, the price is right and the fish love them. They can even be left in the tank without causing any problems by rotting because , if the fish don't eat them all today, they can live in the tank until they are eaten.
