I feed my freshwater fish Tetramin flake, Frozen brine shrimp and this egg flake that I use for fry. I feed my saltwater fish freeze dried shrimp and Hikari granules that I have been using for years now. I think that flake food is good as a staple diet but the fish need something extra to "fill in" the holes. I also think that they run the frozen foods under a UV light to kill bacteria. The diet you have there seems pretty balanced to me. It's good that you're not afraid to feed your fish the blackworms for some reason I am afraid of getting bitten by those things (probably because I have been stung by bristleworms).
