Alex,i think a lyre-tailed male with a normal gonopodium is very very rare .i had one two years ago,but I don,t think it was natural!I bought a trio in a auction,the male was not,how would I put this,sexually non-aggressive.He did not act normal,I think he had a cut or deformed gonopodia.I think Darrell is right in saying it might not be a true lyre-tailed Sword.I think you should take a picture of him.If you want send me the postage and I will send you a female showa.I have one that is not marked the way I like them, so I'm not going to use her on my breeding team.
