Yes, Lyretail, Hifin and Plumetail are all dominant traits and you'll get offspring with the trait in F1 with a breeding with fish without the trait.
Albino and Koi are recessive traits which will not show in F1 when bred to fish without it.
Yes, I would think that the Red would be deepened by the Red Albino, but the sharpness of the Koi pattern might be weakened.
