Dear FishFolk,

I got Aptasia from Chaeto grass that I got from another club member. This was in a brackish, Pseudomugil cyanodorsalis (Bluebacked Blue-eye) tank that was almost ocean strength. They liked it at 1.017 specific gravity but evaporation and laziness about water changes (mixing up brine) often took it to 1.023.

They grew into a colony that I thought was cool until I discovered them eating fry and juvenile fish. That was the end of them and the grass.
